1. 应用与联系方式

冰川是 Windows 桌面邮件工作台。应用管理与隐私联系邮箱：langcang68@gmail.com。本政策涵盖桌面应用的 Gmail 授权、项目资料处理和本介绍网站。

2. Google 账号与权限

每个发件邮箱须独立授权。应用请求 gmail.send、openid 和 email，用于通过 Gmail 发送用户选择的邮件，以及核对实际授权邮箱与项目绑定的发件邮箱。此 Gmail API 授权不读取收件箱，不要求提供 Google 密码。应用内嵌 Gmail 网页的登录会话由 Google 网页及本机浏览器配置管理，与 API 授权分开。

3. 资料处理与云端生成

用户输入的联系人姓名、邮箱、助理姓名、主页链接、工作经历、项目计划与生成规则用于整理记录和生成邮件。点击云端生成功能时，项目和候选人记录将发送到应用云端生成接口，并按配置由模型服务处理；因此生成并非完全在本地完成。请只提交有权使用且生成邮件所需的资料，不提交密码、授权令牌或无关敏感信息。

4. 存储与共享

项目、草稿和发送记录保存在本机应用数据中；Gmail 授权令牌使用 Windows 用户级加密保存，以供后续授权复用。登录网页可在本机保存会话。发送邮件会将收件人、标题和正文提交 Google 并传递给收件人。云端生成需要向配置的服务处理方传递生成资料。本网站不设置广告、分析脚本或登录表单；托管系统可能产生用于运维的技术日志。

5. 使用限制与安全

Google 用户数据仅用于用户请求的邮件与账号连接功能，不出售、不用于广告定向，不用于训练通用 AI 模型。冰川使用及向其他应用传输通过 Google API 获得的信息，将遵守 Google API Services User Data Policy，包括 Limited Use 要求。应用通过加密连接与 Google 及云端接口通信；本机数据仍依赖设备与 Windows 账号的安全。

6. 撤销授权与删除

你可以随时在 Google 账号的第三方连接撤销应用访问。撤销后应用不能继续通过该授权发送邮件。需要删除本机项目、草稿、发送记录或登录会话时，请联系管理邮箱获取对应操作步骤；卸载不应被视为已自动删除所有数据。云端资料删除或保留情况请联系管理邮箱核实处理。已投递邮件由收件人和 Google 保存，撤销授权不会撤回已发送邮件。

Glacier (Yitaifang Mail Automation) requests Gmail send access and account identity (openid/email), not inbox-reading access. Each sending account grants its own authorization. Tokens are stored locally with Windows user-level encryption. User-submitted project and candidate records are sent to configured cloud generation services when that feature is used.
